I am researching the ROOME family - have got as far back as John Roome born 9 April 1924 at Sutton on the Hill and who married Frances/Fanny Nickles on 6 April 1951 at St Peter's, Hartshorne.
Also researching the WARRENs - got back to Levi Warren born 1836 in Newhall and who married Mary Ann Bradgate on 8 March 1858 at Ticknall.
Would be delighted to hear from anyone with these names in their family tree.
